Ashley's Coats for Kids
- SMS student Ashley Martin (and her VFES sister!) are collecting new and gently used coats for the Scott County Clearinghouse. If you have an item to donate, please bring it to the collection box outside the SMS office!
Harmony Family Access
- All SMS parents/guardians will need to open a Harmony Family Access account by November 30th. Starting December 1st, grades, etc. will only be accessible in the new system. 
- Web registration codes for new accounts were emailed to SMS parents at the end of October. If you need your account code (non-email parent or code has been misplaced) call SMS and ask for your Web Registration Code.

In the cafeteria, Zollman shows the students a magic trick where he can remove his thumb and put it back on his hand. The students are mesmerized by his magic trick and want to know how he did it.

For the first time in more than three decades, the Scottsburg High School football team will play its first varsity game. The game, against the Salem High School Lions, will start at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 21, at Warrior Field. Warrior Field is located at Scottsburg Middle School, 375 S. Third St., Scottsburg. Ticket gates open at 6 p.m.
