SCSD2 Substitute Teachers/Aides must complete a training session AND submit all required applications, pass background checks, etc. prior to the first day of service.

Call 812-752-8913 to register for a session! All training sessions will be held at the SCSD2 Central Office at 375 E McClain. Enter Door 1. 

Training session for returning subs (anyone who was a sub during the 2025-2026 school year):

July 22, 2026 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am

Training session for anyone that did not sub during the 2025-2026 school year:

July 22, 2026 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
